Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Web IT Systems Administrator to own and optimize the practice's digital infrastructure. The role covers IT systems administration, Zoho suite management, website development, RingCentral, eClinicalWorks, and AI workflow automation across a healthcare setting.

You will work remotely from the Philippines (Central Visayas) with availability during US business hours and a strong focus on HIPAA compliance and data security.

Qualifications

• Must have hands-on Zoho administration across Zoho Desk, Cliq, Workplace, Forms, Sheets, People.
• Experience managing and troubleshooting RingCentral; this is a hard requirement.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization and troubleshooting.
• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals including MFA, phishing prevention, and secure account management.
• HIPAA awareness and ability to protect patient information across systems.

Responsibilities

• Own IT systems administration, technical support, and infrastructure maintenance.
• Administer and optimize Zoho suite across departments and workflows.
• Develop and maintain the practice website, ensure hosting, DNS, SSL, and CMS configurations.
• Manage RingCentral user accounts, configurations, call routing, and support.
• Oversee eClinicalWorks and healthcare portals access and vendor coordination.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to improve operational efficiency while ensuring privacy and security.
