Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Web IT Systems Administrator to own the practice's entire digital and systems infrastructure, including Zoho administration, website development, RingCentral, and healthcare portals. The role demands HIPAA awareness, multi-platform ownership, and hands-on IT operations.

You will work 100% remotely, with availability during US business hours, and be paid in USD on a bi-monthly schedule.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Zoho administration across Zoho Desk, Campaigns, Cliq, Workplace, Forms, and People.
• Experience supporting eClinicalWorks and healthcare portals.
• Strong HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website customization.
• HIPAA awareness and data security best practices.

Responsibilities

• Own IT systems administration, security, and operational reliability across platforms.
• Administer Zoho suite and manage forms, templates, and workflows.
• Develop and maintain the practice website using HTML/CSS/JS.
• Support AI workflow automation and tool integrations with HIPAA compliance.
• Maintain secure access, backups, and incident response coordination.
