Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a Web IT Systems Administrator to own the technical infrastructure, systems administration, web development, and AI workflow operations for a growing psychiatric and mental health practice.

You will manage Zoho, RingCentral, eClinicalWorks, and the practice website while building AI-enabled workflows to improve efficiency and security. This is a 100% remote role requiring availability during US business hours.

Qualifications

• Experience in IT support and systems administration.
• Hands-on Zoho administration across multiple Zoho apps is required.
• Experience managing RingCentral and healthcare IT systems.
• Strong cybersecurity fundamentals (auth, backups, phishing prevention).
• Ability to document systems, procedures, and access controls.
• Proven ability to manage multiple IT systems and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own IT systems administration and technical support.
• Administer Zoho suite and optimize workflows across platforms.
• Develop and maintain the practice website and integrations.
• Manage RingCentral, eClinicalWorks, and insurance portals.
• Build AI-assisted workflows to improve operations and security.
