Job summary

Hire Overseas is seeking a hands-on Web IT Systems Administrator to own the practice’s digital infrastructure, from servers and security to website code and AI workflows.

You will manage Zoho, RingCentral, eClinicalWorks interfaces, and HIPAA compliance while building efficient AI-assisted processes that improve daily operations.

This fully remote role requires US business hours overlap and a proactive mindset to keep systems secure, available, and scalable.

Qualifications

• Hands-on IT systems administration across multiple platforms.
• Strong Zoho administration experience is mandatory.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for website tweaks.
• Experience with RingCentral and healthcare portals preferable.
• Awareness of HIPAA, data security and privacy policies.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the practice's IT systems, security, and access controls.
• Administer Zoho suite; build workflows and integrations.
• Develop and maintain the practice website using HTML/CSS/JS.
• Support AI workflow automation and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Coordinate incident response, backups, and vendor communications.
• Manage RingCentral accounts and telephony configurations.
• Support eClinicalWorks and insurance portals; maintain access control.
• Document procedures and maintain system inventories.
