Qualifications

• Experience in procurement, contract administration, or warranty management.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication with a customer service mindset.
• Proficiency with HaloPSA or similar procurement/CRM tools.
• Ability to work independently in a remote team.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage assigned warranty renewal portfolios within timelines.
• Monitor automated workflow systems for upcoming renewals.
• Initiate and track renewal opportunities with clear documentation.
• Request and obtain quotes from vendors; validate asset details.
• Negotiate renewal terms to secure pricing and service levels.
• Send approved renewal quotes and docs to clients promptly.
• Follow up with clients to close renewals and address questions.
• Serve as a knowledge resource on warranty coverage and options.
• Record renewal activities in HaloPSA or procurement systems.
• Update asset records with new contract terms.
• Maintain data integrity and audit readiness.
