Job summary

Premier Pads Rentals, a fully remote property management company, seeks a detail-oriented team member to coordinate vendor activities across multiple properties. You will dispatch vendors for maintenance, track work orders, and ensure timely completion with proper documentation.

Ideal candidates communicate effectively in English, can work independently, and are adept at managing remote operations while maintaining strong vendor networks and monitoring performance and costs.

Qualifications

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Experience in property management, operations, or coordination.
• Excellent English communication; Spanish is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and solve problems quickly.
• Experience working with vendors and managing remote operations.
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch and coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs, and specialty services.
• Coordinate closely with our in-house handyman team.
• Track and manage all work orders from start to completion.
• Maintain and expand a strong vendor network across multiple markets.
• Collect photos, videos, invoices, and job documentation.
• Monitor vendor performance (response time, quality, and cost).
• Ensure all invoices are submitted and sent to Finance.
