Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy with high volumes of documentation.
• Strong written English and research skills.

Responsibilities

• Support specification gathering across 100+ raw material and packaging specs.
• Complete Supplier Quality Questionnaires (SQQs) across suppliers.
• Build and own supplier risk assessment process (food safety, allergens, origin).
• Support supplier approvals, product changes, and launches with documentation.
• Research horizon scanning and flag emerging risks to Raw Material Manager.
• Maintain audit-ready records across specs, SQQs, and risk assessments.
