Job summary

RYZE Inc. is a fully remote, global wellness company focused on superfoods. We seek a meticulous supply chain/quality support professional to help manage more than 100 specs, complete SQQs, and build a robust supplier risk program.

You will assist the Raw Material Manager, conduct horizon scanning, and compile data for trends and risk assessment. Proficiency with English and remote collaboration across time zones is essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role, ideally within food, beverage, or CPG.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy, comfortable managing high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs without errors.
• Strong written English and research skills, able to synthesize information clearly for horizon scanning and reporting.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, while applying good judgment to verify accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely and independently across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Support specification gathering for the Raw Material Manager across RYZE's 100+ raw material and packaging specs
• Support timely, accurate completion of Supplier Quality Questionnaires (SQQs) across the supplier base
• Build and own the supplier risk assessment process, covering food safety, allergens, product type, country of origin, and other risk factors
• Support new supplier approvals, product changes, and new product launches with timely documentation and follow-up
• Research and compile information for horizon scanning, flagging emerging raw material, regulatory, or supply risks to the Raw Material Manager
• Support data trending and analytics for raw materials and suppliers, using AI tools where they improve efficiency without compromising accuracy
• Maintain accurate, well-organized records across specs, SQQs, and risk assessments, keeping documentation audit-ready at all times
• Partner closely with the Raw Material Manager and wider Quality team, proactively flagging gaps or inconsistencies before they become issues
