Job summary

RYZE Inc. seeks a detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to design, build and manage finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend timing and quality controls.

You will champion data trending and KPI tracking to support co-manufacturer performance and lead document control to uphold quality standards. The role is fully remote, requires strong English communication, and involves organizing complex information across multiple specs.

Qualifications

• Experience in an administrative, quality, or supply chain support role.
• Excellent attention to detail with high volumes of documentation across 100+ specs.
• Strong written English and research skills for horizon scanning and reporting.
• Comfortable using AI tools to speed up research and data work, with good judgment to verify accuracy.
• Proficient with spreadsheets, document management, and quality/compliance record-keeping.
• Reliable, proactive, and comfortable working remotely across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Design, build & manage finished product specifications, including ingredients, artwork, blend time and speeds, quality controls, pallet configs, all in one place.
• Champion data trending and analysis to identify leading performance issues and focus improvement efforts.
• Lead KPI completion to support the quality team and co-manufacturer performance.
• Lead document control and ensure the quality system is stored and organized with world-class standards.
