Job summary

ltvplus is seeking a proactive Virtual Assistant to support customer service and social media operations in a dynamic remote setting. You will address inquiries via Gorgias, manage Shopify tasks, create Loom walkthroughs, and keep Notion workspaces up to date while coordinating with the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer support using Gorgias.
• Hands-on experience with Shopify and familiarity with e-commerce workflows.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Loom for walkthroughs and task instructions.
• Familiar with Notion for project management and SOPs.
• Ability to self-manage time and priorities.
• Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, Slack, Trello/Asana.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via Gorgias, email, and chat.
• Schedule and publish posts across Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn.
• Record Loom videos to document workflows and SOPs.
• Manage calendars, inboxes, and follow-ups.
• Track projects in Notion and share progress on Slack.
• Assist with Shopify day-to-day tasks and liaise with ShipBob.
