Based in the Philippines as an independent contractor, you’ll work CET hours and help ensure a fast, professional candidate experience. Strong English, camera presence, and self‑direction are essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent English, spoken and written, clear and neutral accent.
• Strong camera presence with good lighting and audio.
• Organised and self-directed; trusted with targets.
• Reliable home office with fast internet and quiet space.

Responsibilities

• Run video interviews with candidates.
• Screen against scorecards and candidate profiles.
• Keep ATS accurate and up to date.
• Deliver an agreed number of qualified, interview-ready candidates each month.
• Move quickly: measure time from application to first contact.
