Responsibilities include posting jobs on multiple channels, reviewing resumes, scheduling interviews across time zones, conducting 2–3 video interviews daily (10–15 weekly), recording interviews for leadership, and maintaining daily candidate

Qualifications

• Proven ability to source candidates and manage pipelines.
• Ability to screen and coordinate virtual interviews.
• Comfort presenting on camera and communicating clearly.

Responsibilities

• Publish open job positions on free channels, boards and social platforms.
• Review resumes provided by the company.
• Coordinate interview schedules across time zones via Email/WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day, record every session for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily candidate pipelines and submit structured reports.
