Responsibilities

• Source candidates and publish job postings across channels.
• Review resumes provided by the company and manage inbound applications.
• Coordinate interview schedules and communicate with candidates across time zones via Email and WhatsApp.
• Conduct 2–3 video interviews per day (Mon–Fri) and record every interview for leadership reporting.
• Maintain daily applicant tracking, pipelines, and structured daily reports.
