Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a Vendor Services Administrator in Metro Manila with remote work options. You will support both physical and online sales, manage auctions, maintain customer relationships, and coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate asset presentation.

Qualifications

• Strong decision‑making and time management skills.
• Ability to study, analyse and interpret complex activities and/or information to improve practices or develop new approaches.
• Strong understanding of Auction/Remarketing operational experience.
• Understanding of HR policies & procedures.
• Intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with the National Manager Vendor Services to implement and continuously improve PCV auctions and business strategies.
• Collaborate with the Vendor and Buyer Services team to achieve sales objectives.
• Meet set objectives and targets as determined by your leader.
• Assist your leader to develop and implement coordinated marketing strategies and plans.
• Continuously seek opportunities for improvement in all areas of the business and recommend and implement improvement plans as required.
• Establish and maintain appropriate customer relationships to support the remarketing process.
• Ensure contracts are maintained and changes are implemented.
• Support both physical and online sales streams.
• Liaise with internal departments to ensure all available vehicles are presented accurately.
• Assist all aspects of the auction and sales process, including administration tasks and incident reporting.
• Provide input for the improvement of systems to support the sales process.
• Participate in all sales activity reviews and required meetings.
• Provide sales activity and performance reports as required.
• Assist the auction administration process to ensure performance aligns with targets.
• Ensure compliance with company policy on reserves, auction estimates, and valuations.
• Provide input and leadership to advertising and promotion of all assets.
• Provide general support for all PCV auctions with administrative duties.
• Manage the inherited vehicle list and its cleanliness.
• Coordinate BidNow management.
• Provide general administration and reporting support to the Vendor and Buyer Services Executives.
• Take responsibility for PPSR/Takata checks.
