Job summary

Responsibilities

• Create product SKUs for client web stores using specifications provided by Account Managers.
• Input product details including descriptions, pricing, variants, images, and inventory data.
• Ensure listings meet company quality standards and client requirements.
• Manage workload independently through a ticketing system, prioritizing deadlines.
• Review tickets for completeness and request clarification when needed.
• Maintain consistent naming conventions and product organization across stores.
• Perform quality checks before product launch.
• Update existing SKUs based on revisions or client changes.
• Communicate status updates and completion notes in the ticketing system.
• Meet productivity and turnaround benchmarks.
