Job summary

Treantly is seeking a Senior Short-Term Rental Manager to oversee the daily operations of six to seven properties transitioning to nightly vacation rentals. You will manage listings, reservations, guest communications, and coordinate with cleaners and maintenance remotely.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Airbnb property management experience.
• Experience managing multiple listings simultaneously.
• Experience with Airbnb and VRBO platforms.
• Background in property management, hospitality, or vacation rentals.
• Strong written English and clear, empathetic communication.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple short-term rental listings across Airbnb and VRBO.
• Create and optimize listings: descriptions, amenities, photos, and rules.
• Handle guest inquiries, bookings, check-in, and during-stay support.
• Communicate promptly and professionally with guests.
• Maintain accurate reservation calendars across platforms.
• Coordinate cleaners, turnovers, and maintenance as needed.
• Familiarize with each unit's details, access, and procedures.
• Provide clear check-in instructions and post-stay follow-up.
• Assist onboarding and knowledge transfer with the Virtual Assistant.
• Follow SOPs and identify opportunities to improve operations.
• Support dynamic pricing and revenue management as applicable.
• Perform light bookkeeping in QuickBooks when qualified.
