Job summary

Hammerjack Pty Ltd is seeking a client-focused coordinator to review client requirements, interview candidates, and match virtual assistants to client needs. You will coordinate introductions and onboarding, maintain strong communication with clients and VAs, and support sales and operations to fulfill requests.

The role is remote with night-shift availability, requiring excellent English, strong organizational skills, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Review client requirements and preferences to identify suitable virtual assistants.
• Conduct interviews and assessments to evaluate candidate skills and qualifications.
• Match virtual assistants with clients based on expertise, experience, and personality fit.
• Coordinate introductions and onboarding for new client-VA pairs.
• Maintain effective communication with clients and VAs.
• Collaborate with sales and operations to fulfill client requests for VAs.
• Manage all placements related tools, trackers, files, and folders.
• Work with all departments to ensure client satisfaction and successful VA placements.
