You will partner with clients to create productive task lists, drive profitability, and support business growth using Global Medical services.

This remote role requires strong English, healthcare background, and the ability to work with professionals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Degree in a medical or healthcare-related field is preferred.
• Minimum of three years in healthcare/medical management or remote management.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Managing day-to-day planning, operations, and problem-solving of a team of Medical Client-VA pairs.
• Partnering with clients to create task lists for productivity and profitability of their businesses and Client-VA pairs.
• Collaborating with clients to grow their businesses using Global Medical services.
• Medical Client-VA management.
• Handling client needs, escalations, and growth opportunities.
