Qualifications

• 1-2 years in customer service, call center, or healthcare-related experience preferred.
• Basic understanding of medical billing, insurance claims, and healthcare terminology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle inbound calls professionally and efficiently
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and time management
• Excellent written and verbal English communication
• Typing speed 40 WPM or faster required
• Ability to handle confidential information
• Open to consultancy contract minimum of 6 months
• Work from home with reliable internet and backup connection

Responsibilities

• Manage incoming calls from patients, healthcare customers and service providers
• Deliver accurate information and support regarding healthcare policies and procedures
• Address patient concerns, resolve issues, and follow up for satisfactory outcomes
