Job summary

WeSupport Incorporated in the Philippines is seeking a seasoned frontend designer/developer to craft responsive, accessible web interfaces. You will translate complex requirements into intuitive user experiences, collaborating with product, business stakeholders, and developers.

You'll design wireframes, flows, and prototypes, convert designs to clean frontend code (HTML/CSS/JS/React), and contribute to design systems while advocating usability and accessibility best practices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, CS, Design or related field.
• 6 years of experience in UI development with strong UX involvement.
• 6 years experience with Figma, Adobe XD or Sketch.
• 6 years working with reusable component libraries or design systems.
• 6 years experience in HTML, CSS, JavaScript and modern frontend development.
• 6 years experience in React, including hooks, component design, state management, and routing.
• 6 years of experience integrating frontend applications with REST APIs.
• Strong UX design principles and user-centered design.
• Experience designing intuitive and accessible digital products.
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Design responsive, user-friendly interfaces for web applications.
• Apply UX principles to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user satisfaction.
• Work with product owners, business stakeholders, and developers to translate requirements into intuitive user experiences.
• Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and interactive prototypes where needed.
• Convert UX and UI designs into clean, maintainable frontend code.
• Conduct UX reviews and recommend improvements based on user needs and business objectives.
• Ensure consistency across screens, components, and interaction patterns.
• Collaborate with developers and QA to ensure designs are implemented accurately.
• Support usability testing, feedback analysis, and iterative design improvements.
• Contribute to design systems, UI standards, and reusable frontend components.
