Job summary

Qualifications

• Must have 2+ years of experience as a UX/UI professional.
• Primarily software UI experience and a passion for improving usability.
• Ability to convert written requirements into simple interfaces.
• Deep understanding of user-centered design (UCD).
• Knowledge of the Human-Computer Interaction (HCI) aspects of design.

Responsibilities

• Create user-centered designs by developing sitemaps, journeys, user flows, wireframes, mockups, and interactive prototypes for software applications.
• Translate written business requirements and complex workflows into intuitive, user-friendly interface designs.
• Collaborate with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to balance user needs with business goals.
• Apply UCD principles and HCI best practices throughout the design process.
• Conduct usability-focused design iterations based on requirements and feedback.
• Develop high-fidelity interfaces emphasizing usability, accessibility and consistency.
• Present concepts, flows, and prototypes clearly to stakeholders.
• Maintain design consistency by following design systems and standards.
• Collaborate in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Research emerging UX/UI trends and tools to improve product experiences.
