Job summary

Amz-AllStars is seeking a U.S. Talent Sourcing Specialist to build and manage pipelines of U.S.-based professionals for tech roles. You will source, screen, and shortlist candidates, leveraging Juicebox and other AI recruiting platforms to deliver high-quality shortlists for senior recruiters.

This fully remote role requires excellent English and strong communication with U.S. stakeholders. Initially you will focus on sourcing and screening, with progression to candidate-facing calls and deeper

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in recruitment, sourcing, or talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience with Juicebox is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with Ashby or comparable AI recruiting platforms.
• Experience sourcing and screening U.S.-based candidates and knowledge of U.S. hiring practices.

Responsibilities

• Source U.S.-based candidates daily using Juicebox and other tools.
• Screen and shortlist candidates with brief fit notes and red flags.
• Manage candidate records and pipeline status in internal systems.
• Draft professional outreach messages in polished English and coordinate with recruiters.
• Lead initial screening calls with U.S. candidates as you progress.
