Job summary

Overseas is seeking a Senior Sourcing Specialist who excels in proactive sourcing, outbound outreach, and pipeline generation within a defined recruiting lane. You’ll own sourcing strategy end to end, work with recruiters and hiring stakeholders, and aim for high-quality hires without routine screening.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience in sourcing or recruiting with a heavy sourcing focus.
• Deep specialization in one domain (Executive Assistants, Marketing, or Technical roles).
• Proven ability to generate candidates proactively, not just screen inbound applicants.
• Strong written communication and candidate engagement skills; highly organized with multiple active sourcing efforts.

Responsibilities

• Proactive Sourcing and Talent Mapping: own proactive sourcing for roles in your specialization and build targeted strategies.
• Outbound Outreach and Engagement: write personalized outreach, test messaging, and maintain authentic candidate relationships.
• Search Support and Signal Quality: collaborate with recruiters to understand success profiles and surface high-signal candidates.
• Pipeline Management and Reporting: keep pipelines clean and document progress in the ATS; report sourcing metrics.
• Process Improvement and Collaboration: share insights and help refine sourcing workflows and templates.
