HireLago.com is seeking a Full-Cycle Recruiter for U.S. skilled trades and home services. This fully remote role is based in the Philippines and requires CST-hours availability. You will manage multiple client accounts, source and screen candidates, and drive offers to completion.

Full-Cycle Recruiter — U.S. Skilled Trades & Home Services

Location: Remote — Philippines

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST

Starting Compensation: Hourly rate - $6 - $9 USD ( Up to$1,280 USD per month)

About the Role

Most recruiting jobs involve posting jobs, forwarding resumes, and waiting for hiring managers to make decisions.

This is not that role.

We support plumbing, HVAC, electrical, construction, and home service companies across the United States. Our clients depend on effective recruiting to keep their businesses operating and growing.

We are looking for experienced, proactive Full-Cycle Recruiters who can independently manage multiple client accounts and hiring pipelines, identify recruiting bottlenecks, communicate confidently with clients, and drive hiring outcomes.

You will be responsible for moving candidates through the entire recruiting process, from sourcing and screening to hiring recommendations and offer acceptance. You must be comfortable managing competing priorities, making informed decisions, escalating concerns, and keeping hiring processes moving without constant supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage recruiting activities from sourcing and candidate screening through hiring recommendations and offer acceptance across multiple client accounts.
• Candidate Screening & Evaluation: Conduct phone and video interviews to assess candidates' experience, qualifications, reliability, communication, and suitability for the role.
• Pipeline Management: Maintain organized recruiting pipelines, monitor candidate progress, follow up consistently, and prevent delays throughout the hiring process.
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as a recruiting partner to U.S.-based clients, providing updates, discussing hiring challenges, managing expectations, and recommending next steps.
• Hiring Recommendations: Evaluate candidate profiles, communicate strengths and concerns, and confidently recommend candidates based on job requirements and hiring priorities.
• Recruiting Funnel Analysis: Identify bottlenecks in sourcing, response rates, screening, interviews, and hiring conversions, then implement appropriate corrective actions.
• Proactive Communication & Escalation: Raise concerns early, communicate risks, address difficult conversations professionally, and recommend practical solutions.
• Multi-Requisition Management: Balance multiple active openings and client priorities while maintaining quality, responsiveness, and recruiting momentum.
• Accountability & Continuous Improvement: Follow through on commitments, incorporate feedback, and continuously improve recruiting processes and results.

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• At least 4 years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting for U.S.-based clients or hiring teams, including direct client-facing communication and relationship management.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple active requisitions simultaneously.
• Experience conducting candidate interviews and making hiring recommendations.
• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Valid NBI Clearance.
• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM CST.
• Reliable internet connection and a backup plan for power or internet interruptions.
• Must be based in the Philippines.

Strongly Preferred Qualifications

• Experience recruiting for skilled trades, construction, home services, plumbing, HVAC, or electrical roles.
• Experience conducting client calls and advising hiring managers or business owners on recruiting challenges.
• Experience with ATS and recruiting platforms such as Recruitee, HubSpot, and Slack.
