Emapta Philippines is hiring a U.S. Loan Officer Assistant to support a national U.S. mortgage operation.

The role emphasizes deep Encompass LOS expertise, handling pre-approval, file setup, and third-party verifications, with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Qualifications

• At least 2 years of direct U.S. mortgage experience
• Hands-on experience using Encompass Loan Origination System (LOS) is required
• Strong knowledge of U.S. conventional, FHA, VA, and USDA loan documentation
• Experience with AUS including DU and LPA/LP
• Knowledge of mortgage disclosures, compliance requirements, and FNMA/FHLMC documentation
• Experience managing multiple active loan files and supporting Loan Officers
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work independently, follow established processes, and maintain confidentiality
• Strong customer service, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems

Responsibilities

• Pre-Approval Support and disclosures
• Send Loan Estimates through Blend or LOS
• Run AUS findings and review borrower documentation
• Prepare files for Pre-Approval Underwriting
• Create and maintain U.S. mortgage loan files in Encompass or LOS
• Complete loan setup notes and organize documents
• Coordinate third-party services and verifications
• Perform initial loan scrub prior to processing
• Ensure complete loan documentation and compliance
