Job summary

TOA Global Pty in the Philippines is seeking an Intermediate Accountant to support Australian public practice clients. Hybrid, full-time, day shift (Mon–Fri, 7:00 AM–4:00 PM PHT) across Clark, Cebu, Manila, or Tarlac.

You will manage day-to-day bookkeeping in Xero, prepare BAS/IAS, financial statements, and tax returns for multiple entities, with focus on GST, FBT, and Division 7A. CA/CPA preferred or in progress, with strong communication and accuracy.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of hands-on Australian public practice experience.
• Proficiency in Xero and Xero Practice Manager (XPM).
• Strong knowledge of GST, FBT, and Division 7A.
• CA or CPA qualified, or currently undertaking studies.

Responsibilities

• Bookkeeping and day-to-day operations for multiple clients in Xero.
• Prepare BAS, IAS, financial statements, and income tax returns.
• Process payroll, superannuation, STP finalisations, and WorkCover declarations.
• Collaborate with clients and provide advisory support and working papers.
