Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting; Finance degree a plus.
• 5+ years in U.S. financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for U.S.-based clients.
• Experience with U.S. CPA firms, outsourced accounting, or fractional CFO engagements preferred.
• Strong Excel skills; knowledge of GAAP; proficiency with accounting closes.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage monthly and year-end closes for multiple U.S. clients.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements per U.S. GAAP.
• Oversee bookkeeping accuracy and support fractional CFO engagements.
