DOXA Talent, Inc. is seeking a Senior U.S. Financial Accountant / Fractional Controller for Osher CPA, a Florida-based boutique firm. The role requires strong U.S. GAAP knowledge and experience with U.S. financial reporting.

You will manage monthly closes, prepare financial statements, and deliver insights for U.S. clients in a remote setup with English communication at a corporate level.

Qualifications

• > Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting. An additional degree in Finance is a plus.
• > At least 5 years of experience in U.S. financial accounting, reporting, and analysis for U.S.-based businesses.
• > Experience with U.S. CPA firms, outsourced accounting practices, or fractional CFO/controller engagements preferred.
• > Advanced English communication; strong written and verbal skills.
• > Proficiency in QuickBooks Online; knowledge of GAAP and accrual accounting; advanced Excel.

Responsibilities

• Independently manage monthly and year-end accounting closes for multiple U.S. clients.
• Prepare balance sheets, income statements, cash flow statements, and related records in accordance with U.S. GAAP and accrual accounting.
• Oversee bookkeeping accuracy, resolve issues, and support recurring fractional controller/CFO engagements.
