DOXA is hiring a U.S. Tax Accounting Manager to independently manage complex federal and state tax engagements for U.S. clients.

The role blends tax return preparation, technical review, staff guidance, and quality control within a remote manager-level position. The analyst will handle Form 1065, 1120-S, 1120, and 1040 with a focus on accuracy, deadlines, and regulatory compliance while collaborating with a distributed team across the Philippines and international locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or higher required.
• At least 5 years of U.S. business tax preparation and review in U.S. public accounting (including remote work).
• Experience with Forms 1065, 1120-S, 1120, 1040 (federal and state returns) desired.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manage medium- to high-complexity federal and state returns for partnerships, S corporations, C corporations, and individuals.
• Manage tax engagements from document review through preparation and final quality checks.
• Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to gather records and clarify tax positions.
