Qualifications

• 1–5 years of relevant experience in benefits, payroll, or HR operations.
• Background in US commercial health insurance, preferably with an insurance carrier or regional brokerage.
• Understanding of employee benefits and retirement plan administration.
• Familiarity with Gusto or comparable payroll platforms is an advantage.
• Excellent English communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work remotely with schedule overlap with US Central Time.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate employee health insurance enrollment, coverage updates, and benefits-related requests.
• Support the administration of US employee retirement savings plans, including 401(k).
• Maintain payroll records and assist with salary processing through Gusto.
• Respond to employee questions regarding benefits, payroll, and HR documentation.
• Update employee files and monitor changes to employment and benefits information.
• Protect confidential records and ensure administrative tasks are completed accurately and on time.
