Visionary Dynamics Consulting Inc. is hiring a Business Development Executive to drive growth in the US market from a 100% remote setup.

The role targets US-based business owners, cold outreach, and a consultative sales approach across our service lines including Accounting, IT, software development, ERP, staffing, and business support services. You will generate leads, qualify opportunities, schedule meetings, and manage the pipeline while meeting monthly KPIs in a fast-paced remote environment

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in B2B Sales / Business Development / Inside Sales.
Experience selling to US clients is highly preferred.
Excellent English communication skills.
Strong cold-calling and prospecting abilities.
Confident speaking with business owners and senior decision-makers.
Experience with LinkedIn, CRM and sales prospecting tools.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.

Responsibilities

Generate new B2B leads through cold calling, LinkedIn, email outreach, and other channels.
Prospect and connect with US-based business owners and decision makers.
Understand client requirements and identify business opportunities.
Present and sell our Accounting, Bookkeeping, IT, Software Development, ERP, Staffing, and Business Support services.
Schedule qualified sales meetings and manage the sales pipeline.
Follow up with prospects and convert opportunities into clients.
Maintain accurate CRM records and meet monthly sales KPIs.
