Job summary

Ethos Support is seeking a Business Development Executive (PH Remote) to generate new opportunities through outbound prospecting and market research. You will own the early stages of the sales process, identify target companies, build prospect lists, and initiate conversations with decision makers.

You will collaborate with our CEO, COO and executive leadership to help build a predictable pipeline and drive growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in business development or outbound sales.
• Proven success generating new business through outbound prospecting.
• Strong experience using HubSpot CRM.
• Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Comfortable engaging with executives and business owners.
• Highly organized with excellent follow through.
• Self motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research target companies that fit our ICP.
• Build targeted prospect lists using HubSpot, LinkedIn, Apollo, and other tools.
• Execute outbound email, LinkedIn, phone campaigns.
• Qualify prospects through discovery conversations.
• Schedule meetings with qualified decision makers.
• Maintain an organized sales pipeline in HubSpot.
• Develop personalized outreach strategies for key accounts.
• Follow up consistently through the sales cycle.
• Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and campaigns.
• Track sales activity, pipeline health, and KPIs.
• Stay informed on industry trends and competitors.
