Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) is seeking a proactive Sales & Appointment Setter to support our UK-based client in the retail tools and hardware industry.

The role focuses on outbound prospecting, qualifying interest, and securing sales appointments for the UK sales team. Hybrid work setup with reporting to Outsourced offices in multiple locations; Monday–Friday schedule aligned with UK business hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in telemarketing, telesales, outbound lead generation, or appointment setting.
• Experience with UK or Ireland-based B2B customers is preferred.
• Proficiency with MS Teams or similar VoIP and CRM platforms.
• Strong English listening and speaking skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Proactively contact prospective hardware and tool retailers to identify opportunities and book sales appointments for the UK team.
• Follow up via phone and email to nurture prospects and confirm appointments.
• Send appointment confirmations and reminders to maximize attendance.
• Log calls and outcomes in the CRM and relay qualified opportunities to the UK sales representative.
