Job summary

• 2+ years of logistics, trucking, freight, or related operations experience.
• Experience in US logistics or transportation operations preferred.
• Strong English communication, written and verbal.
• Proficient with TMS, ERP, and logistics software.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and update shipment information in TMS and logistics platforms.
• Coordinate with operations and dispatch on shipment status and updates.
• Track container ETA, LFD, return locations, and shipment details.
• Review records for accuracy and completeness.
• Identify missing or time-sensitive information and escalate.
• Maintain digital records, trackers, and reports.
• Communicate updates via professional email.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to resolve issues.
• Support dispatch with admin and logistics tasks.
• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.
