This role offers a night shift with weekends off and a flexible work setup in Ortigas, Manila, with full-time employment. Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in logistics or dispatcher roles, strong English communication skills, and the ability to adapt to New Mexico time zone hours.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant professional experience.
• Ability to work shifts aligned with MDT/New Mexico time.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and communications.
• Reliable and punctual with shift coverage.
• Basic computer literacy and ability to learn new systems quickly.
• Strong English proficiency for clear communication with North American teams.
• Professional phone and email communication skills.
• Experience in customer-facing or logistics coordination role.

Responsibilities

• Handle orders and coordinate with customers, drivers, and documentation.
• Respond to customer emails promptly and professionally.
• Generate packing slips, bills of lading, and manifests as needed.
• Monitor deadlines and carrier requirements to ensure timely deliveries.
• Maintain clear communication with drivers and internal teams.
• Provide updates on onboard times, delivery times, and PODs.
