• Travel support experience in travel ops role.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate, timely, and friendly support to customers.
• Handle ticketing, rebookings, refunds, and schedule changes as needed.
• Communicate via phone, chat, and written channels.
• Escalate issues and suggest improvements to the customer experience.
