Job summary

Multiplymii LLC is seeking a 100% remote Support Services Agent to handle air, hotel, car, and rail bookings using Sabre GDS. You will ensure policy compliance and provide expert ticketing, exchanges, refunds, and schedule changes for a global client base.

The role requires 3+ years in travel services, strong English communication, and deep knowledge of fare rules and GDS operations. Hybrid collaboration with travel advisors and internal teams is expected.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in travel service environment managing bookings.
• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Native Sabre GDS experience with itinerary creation and ticketing.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills with multi-tasking.
• Ability to work across departments and with executives.
• Experience in travel arrangement company or similar.
• Extremely high attention to detail.
• Ability to interpret airline fare rules and SOPs.
• Proven ability to work under pressure with high volumes.

Responsibilities

• Book air, car, hotel, and rail via Sabre, ensuring policy compliance.
• Understand fare structures and ticketing procedures.
• Manage reservations, exchanges, cancellations, and itinerary updates.
• Provide global fulfillment support to clients and VIP travelers.
• Handle inquiries and deliver high-level customer service.
• Provide emergency travel assistance and escalate complex issues.
• Manage high-volume emails and calls while meeting SLA.
• Keep airline site logins updated and support debit memos.
• Ensure bookings comply with fare rules and regulations.
