Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking a Booking & Reservations Specialist for a remote, home-based role in the Philippines.

You will handle customer inquiries, process bookings, coordinate accommodation, and prepare itineraries for hiking and cycling tours. The role is junior-to-mid-level with emphasis on accuracy and reliability.

Strong English, detail orientation, and ability to work independently are key; background checks will be conducted.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
• Process customer bookings and reservations.
• Coordinate accommodation bookings with suppliers.
• Prepare and update customer itineraries.
• Communicate with customers, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
• Maintain accurate booking records and spreadsheets.
• Update and manage information across relevant systems.
• Assist with general booking and travel administration.
• Follow established processes and procedures accurately.
• Ensure booking details are checked carefully to minimise errors.
• Support the Booking & Reservations Lead with day-to-day tasks.
• Assist with other administrative and logistical requirements as needed.
