The Natural Adventure in the Philippines is seeking a full-time Adventure Sales Specialist to provide an unforgettable experience to customers from initial enquiry through to booking confirmation.

Ideal candidates will have experience in adventure travel, strong communication skills, and a passion for responsible travel. The role offers flexible remote working, a competitive salary, and 25 days of paid annual leave.

Qualifications

• Experience in an adventure travel company, ideally specialised in self‑guided walking and cycling holidays.
• Understanding our values related to Responsible Travel is mandatory.
• Friendly attitude and personal integrity.

Responsibilities

• Ensure that the customer has an unforgettable experience from enquiry to booking confirmation.
• Maintain extensive knowledge of all our products.
• Convert leads into bookings.
