You will be responsible for handling customer enquiries, processing bookings, coordinating accommodation and assisting with itineraries and other travel-related administration.

Respond to customer enquiries in a professional and timely manner.
Process customer bookings and reservations.
Coordinate accommodation bookings with suppliers.
Prepare and update customer itineraries.
Communicate with customers, accommodation providers and other suppliers.
Maintain accurate booking records and spreadsheets.
Update and manage information across relevant systems.
Assist with general booking and travel administration.
Follow established processes and procedures accurately.
Ensure booking details are checked carefully to minimise errors.
Support the Booking & Reservations Lead with day-to-day tasks.
Assist with other administrative and logistical requirements as needed.

No specific academic qualification is required. Travel industry experience is helpful but not essential, as training will be provided.
