Job summary

Global Medical Virtual Assistants is seeking a Training Specialist to design and deliver online training for Virtual Assistants. You will organize courses ensuring soft skills and product knowledge are learned before client pairing.

You will lead training sessions, supervise VA progress through virtual activities, tests, and discussions, and collaborate across departments to meet training needs. This role is remote and requires strong English communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience in Instructional Design.
• Excellent English communication skills (oral and written).
• Proficient in Google Workspace and Zoom.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented.
• Preferred: 2+ years as Trainer or similar.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training sessions for Virtual Assistants.
• Manage classroom activities and progress.
• Coach and conduct performance reviews.
• Assist in designing and updating training materials.
• Reinforce policies and procedures.
• Coordinate with other departments.
• Handle administrative tasks (LMS, onboarding/offboarding).
