Dayforce is seeking a Training Design Specialist to develop and maintain digital learning content within the MyPath platform, delivering bilingual training in English and Spanish.

You\'ll create engaging materials, software simulations, and videos, collaborating with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams, and leveraging AI tools to improve efficiency. This remote role supports North American business hours from the Philippines.

Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish with strong written and verbal communication.
• Experience developing eLearning content using Articulate or similar tools.
• Ability to translate complex software into clear training materials.
• Excellent attention to detail and multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in leveraging AI to improve content development.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain standardized training content across Dayforce modules.
• Modernize and transform existing training materials into scalable assets.
• Create software simulations, instructional videos, and process documentation using AI-powered tools.
• Collaborate with Product, Services, and Customer Success teams to keep content accurate with product updates.
• Support customer content deployment and manage MyPath requests.
