Job summary

Remote Workmate is seeking an AI Trainer & Learning Experience Designer in a long-term remote role. Based in the Philippines, with a competitive monthly salary of Php 100,000-150,000, negotiable, and AU/PH business hours.

You will own the learning experience, build AI capability, and ensure Day 1 AI readiness for offshore professionals. You’ll create and deliver curriculum, run live cohorts, enforce standards, and upskill internal teams.

Qualifications

• HANDS-ON, multi-platform fluency (Claude, ChatGPT) and teaching adaptive prompting techniques.
• Track record building curriculum, exercises, and assessments from scratch to shorten learning timelines.
• High accountability with the ability to make tough standards calls, flag or exit underperforming candidates.
• Experience upskilling Filipino/offshore professionals with autonomous work habits.
• Self-directed and curious, staying current with emerging AI tools and workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own the learning experience and build AI capability with quality controls.
• Lead pre-start cohort training and ensure Day 1 AI readiness.
• Design practical, hands-on curriculum checkpoints and assessments.
• Enforce standards and provide direct feedback to keep trainees on target.
• LIFT AI capability across internal teams through workshops and sessions.
• Regularly refresh curriculum to reflect latest AI developments and client needs.
• Provide structured reinforcement during new hires' first weeks on client projects.
