Job summary

TELUS Digital Philippines seeks a Training Design Manager to lead the redesign of new hire and cross-skill training across multiple lines of business. You will guide curriculum architecture, instructional strategy, and AI tool integration to deliver scalable, learner-centered programs.

The role focuses on needs analyses, content audits, and alignment with business KPIs, while coordinating a multidisciplinary team to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• English C1 - Required.
• At least 2 years of experience in a relevant position.
• Oral and written comprehension required.
• Appropriate use of language.
• Should be a regular TELUS Digital Philippines team member.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end redesign of new hire and cross-skill training across multiple lines of business.
• Conduct needs analyses and content audits to identify gaps and outdated material.
• Design curriculum architecture aligned with Bloom's Taxonomy and business KPIs.
• Define instructional strategy and AI tool selection for each program.
• Manage timelines, versioning, and change documentation across programs.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, SMEs, and facilitators for content validation.
• Supervise live delivery and support facilitators in using AI tools.
• Monitor learning time compliance and adjust delivery as needed.
• Collect feedback and analyze assessment results to drive improvements.
• Update content and tool specifications with each revision.
