Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess training needs of team members and develop tailored programs.
• Deliver engaging training sessions in-person and virtual.
• Evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and assessments.
• Prepare reports on progress for line managers.
• Coach trainees and conduct performance reviews.
• Stay updated on training trends and best practices.
• Coordinate onboarding, upskilling, and compliance sessions.
