Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3–5 years of relevant experience in Training and Development, Learning and Development, Operations Training, Instructional Design, or a related function.
• Demonstrated experience independently facilitating training programs and developing structured training materials.
• Proven ability to translate SOPs, playbooks, and operational workflows into practical training modules and competency assessments.
• Experience in new hire training, employee readiness evaluation, and training program implementation.
• Experience coordinating with department heads, managers, or subject matter experts to establish training requirements and performance standards.
• Experience in retail, customer service, sales operations, or other process-driven environments is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop department-specific training programs from playbooks and SOPs.
• Run pre-deployment training for new hires before endorsement to departments.
• Create competency assessments and evaluate trainee readiness.
• Prepare training records and endorsement documentation for handover to departments.
• Monitor training progress and report on completion and gaps.
• Continuously improve training materials in collaboration with department heads.
