Job summary

Technology Elite is seeking an Implementations Specialist to help clients configure and learn the Transport Management System (TMS). This remote role offers permanent work-from-home arrangements and requires collaboration with project managers, solution architects, and integration specialists to deliver tailored logistics solutions.

You will perform configuration tasks, create training materials, and train customers during sprints, while triaging issues and coordinating with backend teams.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of customer-facing technical support experience.
• Experience with Transport Management System (TMS) and/or logistics industry is preferred.
• Mercury Gate TMS experience is a plus.
• Proficient in Excel and Office 365.

Responsibilities

• Configure Groups setup in the client TMS.
• Set up contracts and rate cards (including OMNI Scripting).
• Document mapping with DocMosis and Jasper Reports.
• Work with Dynamic Rulesets (IMG Business Rule Manager).
• Create training materials and perform on-the-job training in sprints.
• Debug issues and reproduce issues on the test server.
