Xideral in Mexico offers an opportunity for an experienced SAP Transportation Management (SAP TM) Consultant. This 100% remote position requires analyzing business requirements, configuring SAP TM, and coordinating with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.

The role demands hands-on SAP TM expertise, experience with SAP Notes, and strong English communication in a global environment. An end-to-end implementation background is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP TM consulting experience.
• Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements.
• Experience configuring SAP TM and end-to-end implementations.
• Experience preparing effort estimations, work plans, testing, and docs.
• Experience coordinating with business users through analysis and testing.
• Advanced English (C1-C2) required.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and gather functional requirements.
• Propose SAP standard solutions aligned with business needs and SAP best practices.
• Configure SAP TM solutions.
• Prepare effort estimations, project plans, and resource planning.
• Execute functional testing and document test evidence.
• Design test plans and coordinate integrated testing with business users.
• Create technical‑functional specifications for approved GAP developments.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to maintain project documentation.
• Analyze incidents and coordinate issue resolution through SAP Notes and SAP Marketplace.
• Support user acceptance testing and solution approvals.
• Promote continuous improvements using SAP technologies and best practices.
