Job summary

TTEC seeks a Principal IT Solution Engineer to lead technical qualification, design end-to-end IT solutions for client programs, and act as the senior technical authority from discovery through delivery. You will work with Sales, Security, Finance, and Delivery teams to ensure viable, deliverable, and commercially sound solutions.

You’ll report to the Executive Director, Systems and Software Engineering, and may travel domestically or internationally for workshops and discovery sessions as

Qualifications

• Senior sales/pre-sales experience in enterprise services or outsourcing.
• Excellent presentation and client-facing skills in English.
• Track record on global multi-region deals.
• Knowledge of CCaaS platforms and IT infrastructure.
• Ability to translate requirements into end-to-end solutions.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical qualification, assessment, and end-to-end IT solution design.
• Act as senior technical authority from discovery to handover to delivery.
• Present designs to stakeholders and clients in pre-sales.
• Develop architectural artefacts, RFP responses, and technical attachments.
• Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Security, and Delivery teams.
