Job summary

TTEC Digital seeks a ServiceNow Technical Consultant to join our growing practice. This is a 100% remote role requiring work in US-based time zones for a full-time opportunity.

You will design, develop, implement, and support ServiceNow solutions aligning with client needs. You will collaborate with clients and project teams, gather requirements, and provide technical guidance across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM, and related modules.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in CS/IT/Engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of hands-on ServiceNow experience.
• Proficiency in ServiceNow development and best practices.
• Strong JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and ServiceNow scripting knowledge.
• Experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and web services.
• Good problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work directly with clients and translate requirements into technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and implement ServiceNow solutions.
• Analyze requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.
• Configure and customize ServiceNow apps, workflows, and rules.
• Develop integrations between ServiceNow and third-party platforms.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements and define best practices.
• Support implementations across ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM, FSM modules.
• Perform unit testing, support UAT, troubleshoot production issues.
• Create technical documentation and process workflows.
• Provide ongoing support and optimization of ServiceNow applications.
